The rules and the money.

• $110/hr weekdays, Monday to Friday
• $130/hr weekends, Saturday and Sunday
• +$20/hr for 50-75 attendees
• +$40/hr for 76-100 attendees
• +$60/hr for 101-150 attendees
• 12% off the rental subtotal on bookings of 8 hours or more, applied automatically
• $180 cleaning fee on all bookings
• $300 refundable security deposit
• Minimum booking is 1 hour. We are open 24/7 with no curfew and no noise restrictions.

Submitting a request through this site does not reserve the date. We review every request and reply within 24 hours.

Once we approve, we send you a payment link. Bookings are paid in full at that point, including the $300 refundable security deposit. Your date is confirmed as soon as that payment lands, and there is nothing further to pay before your booking.

ACH/bank transfer, Venmo, or Zelle preferred. Card payments are accepted through Stripe and may include a processing fee where permitted, shown before you pay.

On the day of your booking we send the lockbox code for keyless entry, along with access instructions. The code is for your booking window only.

When you cancel, the only thing we keep is studio time we can no longer sell. Your cleaning fee, add-ons, and security deposit are refunded in full no matter when you cancel.

• 14 or more days before: full refund. We keep nothing.
• 7 to 13 days before: we keep 50% of the studio time. Everything else is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before: we keep the studio time. Cleaning, add-ons, and your deposit are refunded.
• No-shows: treated the same as cancelling on the day. We keep the studio time and refund the rest.

A short-notice cancellation usually means the date goes unbooked, which is why the studio time is protected. Weekend dates in particular rarely re-book inside a week.

Rescheduling: you can move your booking once for free if you tell us at least 14 days ahead, subject to availability. If the new date has a different rate, you pay or receive the difference.

Where a booking is not cancelled, the deposit is returned within 5 business days after your booking, provided there was no damage, no rule violation, the space was returned to its original layout, and no cleaning beyond normal use was needed. Cancellations and reschedules must be sent in writing to sockstudiosla@gmail.com, and the timing is based on when we receive that email.

1. No drinks outside the building. This is our number one rule.Alcohol is welcome inside and you are free to bring your own. A drink carried outside can result in a citation or the event being shut down, so we ask you to enforce this with your guests.
2. Cannabis inside is fine. Cigarettes are not.Cannabis smoking indoors is permitted. Cigarette smoking is only allowed outside on the sidewalk.
3. Keep food and drinks in the dining and seating area.Spills on hardwood floors, furniture, or equipment may result in deposit deductions.
4. Nothing adhesive on walls, ceilings, floors, or windows.No tape, nails, screws, or adhesives. Removable hooks or clamps only.
5. No standing on furniture.At any time.
6. Maximum occupancy is 150 standing.Seated capacity is roughly 100. The booking estimate scales by attendee range.
7. Return the space to its original layout.Before your end time, including any furniture you moved. Confirm major layout changes with us in advance.
8. Load-in and load-out happen inside your booked window.Early arrival or late departure needs prior written approval and may add hourly charges.
9. Bag your garbage and use the designated bins.Excessive mess may result in deposit deductions.
10. No changes to lighting, electrical panels, or HVAC.Without prior approval.
11. Respect the building and the neighbors.There are no noise restrictions, but you are responsible for your guests in common areas and entryways.

You accept responsibility for the safety and conduct of your guests, vendors, and personnel during your booking. Socks Studios and Triple Peel LLC are not liable for personal injury or property damage sustained during your event, for theft, loss, or damage to your equipment or belongings, or for claims arising out of your use of the venue. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triple Peel LLC, its members, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your event.

We may end an event immediately for safety concerns, illegal activity, or violations of these terms. In that case no refund is issued.

The studio has 24/7 security cameras in common areas. They do not record private spaces such as bathrooms.
